STEM Enrichment and Tutoring Branding
The STEM Enrichment and Tutoring (S.E.A.T Program) helps students excel academically and explore future STEM careers. When I joined the project, S.E.A.T had no existing website or branding, so I created both from the ground up, providing a full digital presence and tools to make booking services easy.

Objective
To design an intuitive and user-friendly online identity for S.E.A.T, with easy navigation for students and parents, while simultaneously streamlining the tutoring booking process for staff members.
Since S.E.A.T had no previous online presence, I worked closely with the founder to define the brand and establish a consistent style. From there, I designed a website with an intuitive layout and integrated tools for streamlining scheduling for customers and reducing work for staff.

Strategy
The founder of SEAT aimed to create a welcoming and trustworthy brand that provided support and encouragement to students and their families. SEAT envisioned itself as more than just a tutoring program, offering students excitement about their potential and a solid STEM foundation. The brand aimed to strike a balance between academic rigor and inspiring opportunities for students in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Creative Proccess
Brand Assets:
I selected colors that strike a balance between playful and professional, giving the brand an approachable, science-inspired look that also feels grounded and academic. These colors evoke curiosity and trust, aimed at engaging both students and parents who are looking for a supportive, effective tutoring program.
For brand collateral, I developed a series of assets to reinforce this visual identity across various touchpoints. This included promotional videos to highlight SEAT’s mission and services, as well as branded polos for employees to wear, helping create a cohesive and recognizable brand presence in all interactions with students and families. These assets came together to present SEAT as a resource that is as supportive as it is professional.
Website and Booking System:
The website was built with WordPress, allowing the owner to make updates easily without needing extensive technical skills. I integrated HoneyBook, a client management system, to streamline the booking process, which simplified scheduling for both clients and staff. The interactive booking system enables users to select services, view availability, and confirm appointments with ease, creating a smooth experience for both prospective students and their families.

Result and Impact
The new website gave S.E.A.T a crucial online presence that helped streamline client interactions and increased accessibility for students and parents. The interactive booking system simplified scheduling, leading to a significant increase in client interest, which allowed the founder to expand operations and hire more staff to meet demand. The website and branding assets established a credible, professional identity for S.E.A.T.
This project highlighted my ability to build a brand from the ground up, balancing the client’s vision with user needs. It also showcased my skills in creative problem-solving, creating practical solutions that support both the business and its growing customer base.
